This store sells digital products, including downloadable PDF and EPUB files. No physical product will be shipped.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, all completed purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the download has been delivered or accessed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
